It currently feeds over 500 stray animals daily and provides ongoing care to nearly 500+ canines and felines across its areas of operation.

With a strong focus on long-term impact, the Foundation has enabled over 930 dog and 39 cat sterilizations, alongside regular vaccination and emergency medical support for animals in distress. Select World Tour India Pvt. Ltd. (SWTIPL)

As a company, SWTIPL's CSR outreach is multi-faceted. Its primary focus has been supporting the education of children from the waste-picker community in Nizamuddin. Conceived by the CMD in November 2005, this initiative continues to remain one of his key focus areas.

The programme helps children move away from waste picking and the associated physical, psychological, emotional, and social risks by facilitating enrolment in Government schools and providing mentoring in academics, computer literacy, and spoken English through a dedicated learning centre in Nizamuddin.

The Gen Z Centre is operated by NGO Chintan Environmental Research and Action Group. Several beneficiaries have gone on to complete higher education, and some have even returned to teach at the Centre before moving on to pursue other opportunities.

Key Facilitations via SIPL

  • Select Group CSR facilitated a donation by Select Infrastructure Private Limited (SIPL) to The Earth Saviours Foundation, a home for abandoned elderly and destitute individuals. The donation was effectively utilized by the NGO for the procurement of medical beds, electrically operated surgical beds, as well as rations, medicines, and toiletries for its mentally and physically challenged residents.
  • Select Group CSR also facilitated a donation by SIPL to the Society for Participatory Integrated Development (SPID) to support the education and empowerment of girls. The NGO works with children of sex workers across the NCR and has earned an outstanding reputation for providing care, mentoring, and a safe environment for these especially vulnerable children.
  • Select Group CSR has also facilitated SIPL's support for the education of children from marginalized and low-income communities by assisting in the adoption of a Gen Z Centre run by NGO Chintan Environmental Research and Action Group for children of the waste picker community in Vivekananda Camp, located behind The British School, New Delhi. The Centre mentors children, the majority of whom are girls, in the afternoons across all academic subjects, with special classes in spoken English and computer literacy.
