Mr. Vipul Garg is the Chief Compliance Officer and Company Secretary of Select Group and was inducted on the Board as a Company Secretary with effect from August 2017.
Vipul is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has a law degree from the CCS University.
He has over 11 years of experience in diverse industries that include Pharmaceutical, Textile and Hospitality, in the areas of Company Secretarial and FEMA compliance, Legal, Real Estate, Governance, Corporate Affairs and managing investment related documentation.
In the past, he has worked with M2K Group, Rajasthan Antibiotics Limited and Innovative Textiles Limited, where he was responsible for Company Secretarial and FEMA compliance, Legal and DGFT works and compliance.
