This Privacy Policy is applicable to any person (‘User’) who purchase, intend to purchase, or inquire about any product(s) or service(s) (herein after also collectively referred as “Product”) made available by SELECT GROUP through any of SELECT GROUP’s customer interface channels including its website, mobile site, mobile app & offline channels including call centers and offices (collectively referred herein as “Sales Channels”).

BY USING THE SITES AND AVAILING THE SERVICES OF SELECT GROUP, YOU CONSENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND TO OUR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR THE PURPOSES STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITES OR AVAIL ANY SELECT GROUP SERVICES, AND SELECT GROUP SHALL NOT BE OBLIGED TO YOU TO PROVIDE YOU ANY INFORMATION OR SERVICES.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any website(s), mobile sites and mobile apps of third parties, even if their websites/products are linked to our Website. User should take note that information and privacy practices of SELECT GROUP’s business partners, advertisers, sponsors or other sites to which SELECT GROUP provides hyperlink(s), may be materially different from this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of your other Agreements with SELECT GROUP.

1. Information Collected

This privacy policy applies only to information collected on the Sites and does not apply to information collected by SELECT GROUP through any other means.

1. Collection and Use of Information from Children Under the Age of 18

SELECT GROUP does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to use the Sites. If you are under 18 please do not attempt to register on the Sites or send us any Personal Information. If you are under the age of 18 years, SELECT GROUP shall not be responsible to provide you any Product or service you for any purpose whatsoever.

The data shared with SELECT GROUP shall be primarily processed in India and such other jurisdictions where a third party engaged by SELECT GROUP may process the data on SELECT GROUP’s behalf.
