Guitry VelhoVICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER HERITAGE VILLAGE RESORT & SPA, GOA.
Guitry Velho has been associated with the Select Group since 1998 and is currently heading the Goa team at the Heritage Village Resort & Spa, Goa. He is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and profitability of the Goa Resort.
A Goan by birth, Guitry graduated from Mangalore University with a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree and has 22 years of rich experience in Hotel Management across reputed hotel chains and brands such as Taj Hotels, The Leela’s, the Select Hotels and the Eastern International Hotels.
Under his leadership and guidance, the Resort has been bestowed upon with many Service Excellence awards from Government of Goa (Department of Tourism), global tourism companies such as TUI–UK and Thomas Cook, and from the online travel portals such as Trip Advisor, Booking.com, and Agoda.com, to name a few.
He is an active member of premier hotelier’s organizations such as “Travel & Tourism Association of Goa” and “Skal International”.
His hobbies are traveling, cycling, water sports and fishing.
