About Us :

The Select Group was formed in 2002 under the guidance of late Chairman Mr. Inder Sharma, a leading figure in the Indian Travel & Tourism industry and the man behind India’s largest and most successful travel venture SITA World Travel from the year 1950 to 2001 (that disinvested to Kuoni Resien, Switzerland in 2001). SITA World Travel in its time pioneered the travel business winning several National & International accolades. Many individuals contributed towards the growth of SITA such as Ghulam Naqshband, Avinash Anand, Mike Chatterjee & BK Kapoor. Inder Sharma: Children – Neeraj Ghei & Arjun Sharma are the key pillars of the business since 1984.

Retail:

Nexus Select CITYWALK, the flagship project of the Group, is a premier shopping destination covering 1.3 million square feet and featuring a curated selection of leading global brands. It is India's first shopping centre REIT and the fourth REIT to be listed in the country, developed in partnership with Blackstone. The Portfolio comprises of 17 best-in-class Grade A shopping centres with a Gross Leasable Area of 9.9 million square feet spread across 14 cities in India, with a tenant base of 1,000+ domestic and international brands spanning across 3,000 stores; two hotel assets (354 keys) and three office assets with a Gross Leasable Area of 1.3 million square feet. The mall has successfully attracted marquee international brands like Sephora, Gap, Bobbi Brown, Burberry, including the first Apple store in Delhi. It is now set to open its doors to Dior Beauty, Gucci Beauty and Nespresso.

Vardan Agrotech is an initiative focused on organic farming, designed to bridge the gap between clean, sustainable food and its affordability challenges. Utilizing state-of-the-art greenhouses, we produce pure, environmentally-friendly food on a large scale, ensuring both quality and accessibility.
